The Open Studios scheme has been running in North Yorkshire for many years now, and it might have been made for the county. North Yorkshire, England's largest county, includes two National Parks - the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorks Moors - and is home to a huge community of artists and craftspeople.
Once a year, over two weekends, members of the public get the chance to meet us, watch us at work and buy work directly from the artist. If you're interested in my work please come and see me at Artison, just outside Masham in Wensleydale.
